No. FuelMarble makes no physical modification to the engine, fuel system, or exhaust after-treatment system. It sits passively in the coolant reservoir and does not introduce any chemicals or additives into the coolant, fuel, or engine oil. This means it carries no risk to manufacturer or extended warranties. It can also be transferred to another vehicle in your fleet at any time.
How long until I notice fuel savings?
Most drivers begin to notice improved fuel efficiency after 150–200 km of driving. This is the distance required for the coolant to fully circulate the activated minerals throughout the entire cooling circuit. Once the system reaches its operating optimum, the improvement is continuous and permanent.
Does FuelMarble work with electric or hybrid vehicles?
FuelMarble is designed for internal combustion engines (petrol and diesel). Hybrid vehicles with a combustion engine can benefit from FuelMarble in that engine's cooling circuit. Fully electric vehicles do not have an ICE combustion cooling circuit and are not compatible.
